CyborgDev ("we", "our", or "us") builds mobile and web applications including Smoothie Lab and other products. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it across all CyborgDev applications.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the application and features you use, we may collect:

• Account information: email address, display name, and profile details you provide when creating an account.
• Health & fitness data: activity, sleep, and nutrition data from Apple Health or Google Fit, only when you explicitly grant permission.
• Usage data: app interactions, features accessed, error logs, and crash reports to improve our products.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version for support and analytics.
• Purchase information: subscription status and transaction identifiers processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize the features of our applications.
• Process and manage your subscription.
• Send service-related notifications (e.g. reminders you have configured).
• Diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
• Respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Health Data

Health and fitness data obtained from Apple HealthKit or Google Fit is used exclusively to provide in-app features (e.g., personalized recommendations). This data is never shared with third parties for advertising or data-mining purposes, in compliance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and Google Fit policies.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — backend database and authentication.
• Google Firebase — crash reporting (Crashlytics) and analytics.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication provider.
• Google Gemini / AI providers — AI-powered content generation (prompts are processed server-side; we do not store your prompts beyond the active session).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Health data is not stored on our servers — it is read directly from your device with your permission.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@cyborgdev.co.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and secure cloud storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of our applications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
